NewClay Pottery is all about All-ceramic stoneware and Flameware clay pots for cooking and serving your nutritious and healthy food.

After 20 years at Clay Coyote Pottery, I’m off on my own, trying new things, doing more custom work, and bunches of new sizes and items. New Pot ideas, sizes and glazes from “Your Potter” (that’d be me).

I’ll stay focused on functional clay pots for cooking healthy, nutritious and good-tasting food. Pots in both Stoneware and Flameware which I helped develop at Clay Coyote.

I won’t have as fast a turn-around since there’s only one of me at work and I need to develop a new rhythmn, 2 weeks throwing, drying and trimming, one week first firing, one week glazing and final firing.

My goal is some 500 to 750 pots a year. I’ll always have some “ready-to-go pieces in a variety of glazes, but, please plan ahead to get exactly what you want.
